Having been completely blown away and taken to another dimension whilst jamming on a djembe with the most phenomenal group from zimbabwe at Glastonbury in 2008, I have decided to form my own drum group, purely for the other worldly experiences that can be had whilst trance drumming.

The sessions, ideally will not just be limited to drums and percussion, but also possibly drone instruments or electronic synthesis, and will be an ongoing experiment.

The wish is to be able to record these sessions and to perform to a wider audience in time.

The planning for this group is in its early stages, and I am actively looking for like minded souls that have the same passion and vibe to form a truly special group located in and around the St Albans area.

I am also looking for the ideal venue for these drum sessions. There are a few options available at the moment, including St Albans town hall and Fleetville community centre.
